Hotel Reservation Direct Billing Instructions for Temple Departments

PG电子试玩平台系 opting to use direct billing to pay for hotel reservations made at one of our preferred hotel partners (listed above), must submit final hotel invoices to Concur Travel/Expense and Invoice for processing and payment.

具体地说, the PG电子试玩平台 faculty or staff member who requested the reservation and submitted the direct billing form to the partner hotel is responsible for submitting the final hotel invoice issued by the hotel to 应付账款 (AP) through Concur. A completed and signed copy of the direct billing authorization form should also be submitted along with the invoice. 一次提交, the invoice will be automatically assigned to the appropriate departmental Concur Invoice user for verification and approval based on the FOAP and contact name indicated on each invoice. 经部门审批人批准后, the invoice will route to AP for final approval and payment.

Please make every effort to submit hotel invoices to Concur for processing and payment as soon as you receive them.
